All orders are shipped as Standard Shipping with transit times that vary. Standard Shipping DOES NOT include a tracking number.

* USA Orders ship via ChitChats / USPS (tracking may be included; please allow a few days for tracking information to update);

* Canadian Orders ship via Canada Post or UPS.

* International Orders ship with ChitChats or Ascendia.

{ Processing Times }

All in-stock items generally take 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday; Holidays excluded) to process before they are shipped-out to our customers. Shipping time varies depending on method and location.

*NOTE: Total time of delivery is the number of days for processing PLUS shipping times. (i.e.Standard Delivery Time to USA can take 4-16 business days total.)*

{ PACKAGING & GIFT-WRAPPING }

{ Standard Packaging }

Each piece of jewelry comes packaged in a clear plastic bag / self-adhesive sleeve comes with either a black velvet bag or a gift box. (Exception: Keychains and Charms are shipped with a clear plastic bag ONLY.)  Orders are shipped in a bubble-wrap envelope or a small box (depending on order size).

{ Gift-Wrapping }

If you would like your item(s) gift-wrapped, please add our 'Gift-Wrap Option' to your cart.

(NOTE: If you would like more than one item gift-wrapped please specify by adding the correct quantity to your cart.)

GIFT-WRAPPING INCLUDES : tissue paper and ribbon with a custom handwritten card.

{ ADD GIFT BOX }

* If your order is a gift that is to be sent directly to the recipient, please message us your recipient’s name and your full name.

 

{ JEWELRY CARE }

Most of our jewelry is made of gold, rose gold or silver-plated metal alloy (brass/copper), which is lead, chromium and nickel-free (excluding stainless steel). Like most metals (including .925 sterling silver), they can tarnish and discolor overtime.

To help delay tarnish, it’s best to avoid moist or wet conditions, such as while showering, taking a bath, swimming or during a sweaty workout. When you are not wearing your jewelry, it is best to store it in an airtight bag to help prevent tarnishing.

TIP: The best way to remove tarnish and get your jewelry shiny again, is to scrub lightly with soft toothpaste and a toothbrush, rinse with water and dry thoroughly immediately afterwards. (Note: Avoid using abrasives (i.e. toothpaste) on stainless steel pieces.)

 

{ NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER }

{ Canada & United States }

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

{ International}

If your order has not arrived within 8 weeks of the shipping date, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

{ DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN ITEM }

If your order has a mistake and/or the jewelry piece seems broken (within one month of delivery) or it appears defective, please send us a message IMMEDIATELY to help us fix the situation. We always try to provide the best customer service possible and would never want to disappoint any of our customers!

*NOTE: Many of our jewelry pieces contain delicate and small components that need to be handled gently. If not handled with care or pulled too hard, the chain links or open jump rings we use to attach the chain and charms might re-open.

To FIX, re-attach the chain / charm to the jump ring and close it shut with your fingers or small pliers. Please send us a MESSAGE for further assistance.
